张焱,男,1974年5月生,博士,pg电子最新平台特聘教授,pg电子最新平台脑病与大数据研究所所长,pg电子最新平台神经系统疾病临床医学研究中心副主任。1997年毕业于浙江大学医学院临床医学系,获学士学位; 2002年于中国医学科学院&北京协和医学院基础所生物医学工程系获博士学位。2002年至2009年在美国内布拉斯加大学林肯分校任博士后和高级研究助理。2009年至2011年在美国哈佛医学院&布莱根妇女医院医学系担任讲师和副遗传学家。2011年至2016年任中科院上海生命科学研究院研究员,2012年入选中科院“百人计划”。2015年获深圳市“鹏城学者”特聘教授。2017年入职pg电子最新平台。先后主持多项国家自然科学基金、中科院和省部级项目。已在国外学术刊物上发表论文70余篇,包括在Chemical Reviews,Genome Biology,Nucleic Acids Research,ISME Journal等高水平期刊上发表第一作者和通讯作者论文,总影响因子在400分以上。作为通讯作者参与多部英文书籍章节的撰写,并作为副主编参与编写了《硒:分子生物学与人体健康》一书。获2017年深圳市自然科学奖二等奖。目前是中国生物物理学会生物微量元素分会理事和多个国内外学会的会员。

主要研究方向:
1. 微量元素(如硒和金属)代谢、功能与进化规律的生物信息学研究,寻找元素代谢新基因和新调控机制;
2. 复杂疾病(如神经退行性疾病、糖尿病、肿瘤等)的系统生物学研究,基于组学大数据,开发新算法,揭示疾病发生发展的新分子机制,寻找新型生物标记物,建立智能化早期预警与监测平台。
